The notify-l list, and this network change, is lab-wide so is in a
larger context than just RACF.  I don't think I've seen a note from RACF
explicitly, but that would probably be a good idea.  I'll suggest it.

Yes, I think October is when that's going to happen.  If you don't want
to wait, you should be able to get access to some SL6 machines for
testing right now.  Tom Throwe can help with that.
