Hello,

Next section of LSST wiki

explains that users can delete tag created in their personal branch.

I tried to , but i can't :

Please note that this feature is usefull for packaging with eupspkg. 
Indeed it allow to test if a distribution is working, and to update it 
if no without changing its version.
