[lsst-dm-stack-users] anaconda problems in stack

This doesn't appear to be confined solely to Macs: I'm having trouble on my Linux box, recently upgraded to Ubuntu 14.04.  I think the problem is that the anaconda binary distributions aren't completely compatible.

E.g., running afw/tests/image.py, I get:

ImportError: /home/price/eups/Linux64/anaconda/1.8.0/bin/../lib/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.15' not found (required by /home/price/eups/Linux64/fftw/3.3.3/lib/libfftw3.so.3)


I had to remove $ANACONDA_DIR/lib/libm.so.6 for it to work.
