[lsst-dm-stack-users] Trying out the Anaconda python with a RHEL6 installation

There were several email threads regarding openssl-devel from April and
May 2013. The thread subject lines were "openssl-devel now required?",
"activemqcpp 3.5.0+4 fails to build", and others. The problem is
related to having to run autogen.sh.

The openssl-devel package is listed on the prerequisites page:
https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/Installing/Summer2013
