[lsst-dm-stack-users] package repository changed?

Hi Chris,

This is using eupPkg I think? Mario told me that it was in a state of flux at the moment, that the server might be up and down at times, and that there would be a release in the next few days after which it should be more stable. (I’m also waiting on this release ..).
