[lsst-dm-stack-users] issues with creating a new repository in the contrib space

Hi Mario,
Thanks, it seemed to work this time:
$ git push --all -u
Initialized empty Git repository in /var/lib/git/contrib/eochar.git/
Counting objects: 3, done.
Writing objects: 100% (3/3), 223 bytes, done.
Total 3 (delta 0), reused 0 (delta 0)
To git at git.lsstcorp.org:contrib/eochar.git
* [new branch] master -> master
Branch master set up to track remote branch master from origin.
