[lsst-dm-stack-users] Setting default publishing mode to 'package' on lsstsw at lsst-dev

Hi,

I've updated lsstsw at lsst-dev .bashrc file with next lines:

# Default publishing mode is 'package', not 'git'
export EUPSPKG_SOURCE=package


Indeed, a lot of packages are packaged in 'git' mode:
