[LSST|dm-users 595] Binary installation for v10.1-rc3 available

Hello,

in addition to the v9.2 which was already available, I have just deployed a binary distribution of the stack v10.1-rc3. 

This distribution was tested to work on several flavors of Linux (Scientific Linux 6 & 7, CentOS 7, Ubuntu 14.04). A binary distribution for MacOS 10.10 is in preparation.

I have significantly simplified the one-time configuration process. You may want to try it out and let me know if you experience any problem.
