[lsst-dm-stack-users] MAF installation hanging on base 8.0.0.0+1

Ah.  Now I see that a new version wasn't tagged until very recently.  That
would explain it.

The workaround is to install anaconda someplace (anyplace) other than /.  A
new release should fix this issue.
