[lsst-dm-stack-users] Trying out the Anaconda python with a RHEL6 installation

I'm trying to do this for Summer2013 on RHEL 6.  Following the other note I edited the newinstall.sh changed from Darwin to Linux and made the manifest it wrote in that script look like this:

        python  system
        numpy   system
        scipy   system
        matplotlib system

Then, I followed the rest of the instruction on the web page and am getting this after it builds many other packages:

'eups distrib: No source is available for package numpy system'

Any ideas?
