FYI, in addition to preparing the Travel Request for you, we can also make hotel and flight reservations.  For the hotel, we plan to book a block of rooms, and we can pay the hotel directly. You will only be responsible to show a credit card for incidentals on check-in.  For flights, while we can make your reservation, we cannot pre-pay the flight cost, you will still have to cover that and get reimbursed.
