[LSST|dm-announce #3] Data Management All Hands Meeting - Hold the Date

Hello all,

We will have our first annual Data Management All Hands Meeting at SLAC the week of February 9.  These meetings are intended to provide a time to get together for technical work and you can expect lots of design sessions, hack days, etc. While the agenda is not yet developed, tentatively we will go from 1pm on Monday, February 9, until 12pm on Friday February 13.
