[LSST|dm-announce #4] Please welcome our new DRP Scientist

Dear All,

I'm very pleased to announce that Jim Bosch has agreed to take on the rôle of DRP Scientist, thus climbing into the box with John Swinbank here in Princeton.  The only privilege associated with this change is that he gets to join the DM Leadership Team.

I'll be continuing to worry about LSST while wearing my "DM Applications Scientist" hat.
